306. MASTER REFRIGERATION AND AIR CONDITIONING MECHANIC

306 MASTER REFRIGERATION AND AIR CONDITIONING MECHANIC 306.1 A license as a Master Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Mechanic may be issued to an applicant for that license who does the following: (a) Furnishes evidence satisfactory to the Board of having been employed in installing, maintaining, repairing, and replacing refrigeration and air conditioning systems larger than twenty-five (25) compressor horsepower or the equivalent tons of refrigeration in the aggregate for a period of at least five (5) years immediately preceding the date of application; and (b) Passes an examination on the practical and theoretical aspects of installing, maintaining, repairing, and replacing refrigeration and air conditioning systems larger than twenty-five (25) compressor horsepower or the equivalent tons of refrigeration in the aggregate.
