4610. LICENSE BY WAIVER OF NATIONAL EXAMINATION

4610 LICENSE BY WAIVER OF NATIONAL EXAMINATION 4610.1 The Board shall waive the requirement of ยง 4605.1 for an applicant who meets the following requirements: (a) Is a diplomate of the National Board of Medical Examiners; (b) Is a diplomate of the National Board of Osteopathic Medical Examiners; (c) Has passed the examination of the Licentiate of the Medical Council of Canada; or (d) Holds a current license to practice medicine in good standing in a jurisdiction of the United States with requirements which are substantially equivalent to the requirements of the Act and this chapter after passing, prior to June 30, 1979, an examination constructed by the jurisdiction.
