4711 REENTRY TO PRACTICE 4711.1 In the event a licensed acupuncturist is absent from the clinical practice of acupuncture for more than two consecutive years, the acupuncturist shall comply with a re-entry plan as determined by the Board according to the Board’s policy (as amended from time to time) on re-entry to active practice.
