5500 GENERAL 5500.1 This chapter shall apply to applicants for and holders of a license to practice practical nursing. 5500.2 Chapters 40 (General Rules) and 41 (Administrative Procedures) of this title shall supplement this chapter. AUTHORITY: Unless otherwise noted, the authority for this chapter is § 302(14) of the District of Columbia Health Occupations Revision Act of 1985, D.C. Law 6-99, D.C. Code § 2-3303.2(14) (1988 Repl.
