719. WITHDRAWAL OF REGISTRATION OF REGISTERED FOREIGN ENTITY

719 WITHDRAWAL OF REGISTRATION OF REGISTERED FOREIGN ENTITY 719.1 In addition to the requirements of Chapter 1 (General Provisions) of the Act (D.C. Official Code § 29-101.01 et seq. (2011 Repl.)), the foreign entity shall: Be in good standing in the District before filing its statement of withdrawal; Include the date of its initial foreign registration in the District in its statement of withdrawal; and Include in the statement of withdrawal, the signature of the entity’s governor or other individual authorized to sign on behalf of the governor, and the signing individual’s name and capacity to sign.
