729 ENTITY TRANSACTIONS: GOOD STANDING FOR CONVERTING ENTITITES 729.1 In addition to the requirements of Chapter 2 (Entity Transactions) of the Act (D.C. Official Code § 29-201.01 et seq. (2011 Repl.)): (a) A converting foreign entity not registered in the District shall submit to the Superintendent a certificate of good standing, certificate of existence, or similar document; and (b) The certificate of good standing, certificate of existence, or similar document shall have a date within the last ninety (90) days from the Secretary of State or other authorized officer of the jurisdiction of formation.
