734 BUSINESS CORPORATIONS: SURRENDER OF CHARTER UPON DOMESTICATION 734.1 A domestic business corporation that has adopted and approved a plan for the corporation to be domesticated in a foreign jurisdiction shall be in good standing with the Superintendent before filing its articles of charter surrender.
