740. NONPROFIT CORPORATIONS: AMENDING ARTICLES OF AMENDMENT

740 NONPROFIT CORPORATIONS: AMENDING ARTICLES OF AMENDMENT
740.1 A nonprofit corporation shall not use the articles of amendment to amend:
The registered agent on record;
The name of incorporators; or
The address of incorporators.
