5809. SECURITY FOR OBLIGATIONS

5809 SECURITY FOR OBLIGATIONS 5809.1 The Mayor shall make reasonable provisions to ensure repayment of any security deposit assistance provided to, or the payment of any obligations undertaken by, a Qualified High Technology Company pursuant to the Act or these regulations. 5809.2 The Mayor may accept as security for any security deposit assistance or obligation: (a) Warrants; (b) Options; (c) Equity; (d) Preferred shares; (e) Convertible debt; or (f) Any combination of the foregoing.
