9328 MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS FOR HOME HEALTH AIDE TRAINEES 9328.1 Each trainee shall be required to take a Board-approved pre-admission examination to assess reading, writing, and math skills prior to enrollment in a training program. 9328.2 Each trainee shall be required to provide evidence of vaccinations or immunity to communicable diseases prior to admission. Each trainee shall attest in writing to receiving information on: The policies governing admission, retention, dismissal, and the course requirements of the training program, in writing; and Certification requirements including CBC and examination.
