9400 GENERAL PROVISIONS 9400.1 This chapter applies to applicants for, and holders of, a registration to practice as a dialysis technician (DT). 9400.2 Chapter 40 (Health Occupations: General Rules) and 41 (Health Occupations: Administrative Procedures) of this title apply to holders of a registration to practice as a DT.
