9702. TERM OF CERTIFICATION

9702 TERM OF CERTIFICATION 9702.1 Subject to § 9701.1, a certification issued pursuant to this chapter shall expire at 11:59 p.m. on October 31 of each odd-numbered year. 9702.2 The Director of the Department of Health may modify the renewal system pursuant to § 4006.3 of Chapter 40 of this title and may modify the date on which a certification expires.
