9904 EXAMINATION REQUIREMENTS FOR PHARMACY TECHNICIAN TRAINING PROGRAMS 9904.1 To be approved by the Board a training program examination shall: Test for competency of the content criteria set forth in § 9903.2 of this chapter; Include a minimum of ninety (90) multiple choice questions; Include sufficient additional questions so that the examination questions may be rotated twice a year; Require a passing score of seventy-five percent (75%) or higher; and Shall be certified as psychometrically valid.
