114. APPROVAL OF CERTAIN CONTRACTS

114 Approval of Certain Contracts 114.1 Before the Authority awards any contract that requires the approval of the District of Columbia Council in accordance with D.C. Official Code § 2-352.02, as such may be amended from time to time, and prior to the submission of any such contract to the Council, the Board shall first approve the contract by a resolution passed by a majority of the Members.
