§ 41-151.04. Rules.

(a) The Mayor may, pursuant to subchapter I of Chapter 5 of Title 2 , issue rules to implement this chapter . (b) The rules issued pursuant to § 41-138 , shall remain in effect, unless inconsistent with this chapter , until repealed or amended pursuant to this section.
