§ 48-1005. Penalties.

(a) Any person who violates § 48-1004 shall, upon conviction, be subject to a fine of not more than $300, imprisonment for not more than 180 days, or both. (b) The fine set forth in this section shall not be limited by § 22-3571.01 .
