Operating under the influence of alcohol or a drug; personal mobility device and electric mobility device.

(a) No person shall operate or be in the physical control of any personal mobility device or electric mobility device while under the influence of alcohol or any drug or any combination thereof. (b) A person violating the provisions of this section shall, upon conviction, be fined not more than $150.
