Rules.

(a) The Mayor, pursuant to subchapter I of Chapter 5 of Title 2 , shall issue rules to implement the provisions of this chapter . (b) Rules issued regarding the performance of notarial acts with respect to electronic records shall not require, or accord greater legal status or effect to, the implementation or application of a specific technology or technical specification.
