Definitions.

(a) For the purposes of this subchapter , the term: (1) "Agency" includes the Council. (2) "Marijuana" shall have the same meaning as provided in § 48-901.02(3)(A) . (2A) Not Funded. (3) "Undue hardship" shall have the same meaning as provided in section 101(10) of the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990, approved July 26, 1990 (104 Stat. 330; 42 U.S.C. § 12111(10)).
