The deadline for completion and return of the attached survey is February 1, 2019, and every February 1st thereafter. All surveys should be submitted electronically to doi-survey-response@state.de.us. A copy of the attached Property and Casualty Insurance Carrier Survey can be found by going to http://de.gov/pcsurvey.
