TRINIDAD NAVARRO COMMISSIONER STATE OF DELAWARE DEPARTMENT OF INSURANCE # DOMESTIC/FOREIGN INSURERS BULLETIN NO. 84 (REVISED) TO: ALL INSURANCE COMPANIES THAT MARKET PROPERTY AND CASUALTY INSURANCE IN DELAWARE RE: PROPERTY AND CASUALTY INSURANCE CARRIER SURVEY DATED: January 25, 2016 REVISED: February 1, 2017 and February 7, 2018 REISSUED: January 8, 2019 REVISED: May 20, 2024 The previous version of Domestic and Foreign Bulletin No. 84 instructed all insurance companies that market property and casualty insurance to complete and return the attached Property and Casualty Insurance Carrier Survey. The purpose of this revised Bulletin is to inform carriers that the Property and Casualty Insurance Carrier Survey form has been revised. The new form should be utilized for all future submissions and can be accessed at https://insurance.delaware.gov/wp-content/uploads/sites/15/2024/05/domestic-foreign-insurers-bulletin-no-84-pc-ins-carriers-survey.pdf. The survey must be completed and returned by February 1, annually. The Department urges any carrier that failed to remit this year's required survey to do so immediately. All surveys should be submitted electronically to doi-survey-response@delaware.gov. Any questions, comments or requests for clarification about the survey and submission process should be emailed to doi-survey-response@delaware.gov.
