This Department is committed to improving speed-to market initiatives. Requiring all filings to be submitted electronically increases the efficiency of the rate and form filing approval process for both the filer and the Department. All paper filings received after October 31, 2007 will be rejected and returned to the filer. A rejected filing will not be considered “filed” with the Delaware Insurance Department. All filings will be accepted electronically through the SERFF Filing System.
