Adoption of federal requirements — Amendments of 49 C.F.R. Part 392.

(a) Amend § 392.4 of 49 C.F.R. Part 392 by adding a new subparagraph (e) to read as follows: “(e) Nothing in this section shall preclude prosecution under § 4177 of this title.” (b) Amend § 392.5 of 49 C.F.R. Part 392 by adding a new subparagraph (f) to read as follows: “(f) Nothing in this section shall preclude prosecution under § 4177 of this title.”
