Prohibitions.

(a) No agricultural liming material shall be sold or offered for sale in this State unless it contains the minimum of calcium and magnesium, as stated in § 1903(b)(1) and (2). (b) No agricultural liming material shall be sold or offered for sale in this State which contains toxic materials in quantities injurious to plants.
