Unauthorized Insurers Process Act; title; interpretation.

(a) Sections 2103 through 2108 of this title constitute and may be cited as the “Unauthorized Insurers Process Act.” (b) The act shall be so interpreted as to effectuate its general purpose to make uniform the laws of those states which enact it.
