R-3267 and 3277, respectfully SUPPLEMENTAL DECISION ORDER AND CERTIFICATION OF REPRESENTATIVES March 4,1942 On January 16, 1942, the National Labor Relations Board, herein called the Board, issued a Decision and Direction of Elections in the above-entitled proceeding.' Pursuant to the Direction of Elections, elections by secret ballot were conducted on February, 12, 1942, under the direction and supervision of the Regional Director; for the Seventh Region _(Detroit, Michigan). On February 13, 1942, the Regional Director, acting pursuant to Article III, Section 9, of National Labor Relations Board Rules and Regulations-Series 2, as amended, issued and duly served upon the parties an Elections Report. No objections to the conduct of the ballot or the Elections Report have been filed by any of the parties. The petition of International Union, United Automobile, Aircraft, and Agricultural 'Implement Workers of America, affiliated with the CIO, on behalf • of Local 732, for in- vestigation and certification -of representatives of employees of Chrysler Detroit Company and Chrysler Corporation will therefore be dismissed. ORDER By virtue of Section 9 (c) of the National Labor Relations Act, 49 Stat. 449, and pursuant to Article III, Sections 8 and 9, of National Labor Relations Board Rules and Regulations-Series 2, as amended, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the petition for investigation and certifi- cation of representatives of employees of Chrysler Detroit Company and Chrysler Corporation, Detroit, Michigan, filed by International Union, United Automobile, Aircraft, and Agricultural Implement Workers of America, affiliated with the CIO, on behalf of Local 732, be, and it hereby is, dismissed. - CERTIFICATION OF REPRESENTATIVES By virtue of and pursuant to the power vested in the National Labor Relations Board by Section 9 '(c) of the National Labor Rela- tions Act, 49 Stat. 449, and pursuant to Article III, Sections 8 and 9, 41810 5-42-vo1 39-28 416' DECISIONS OF NATIONAL LABOR RELATIONS BOARD of National Labor Relations Board Rules and Regulations-Series 2, as amended, IT IS HEREBY CERTIFIED that Local 212 International Union, United Automobile, Aircraft, and Agricultural Implement Workers of Amer- ica, affiliated with the CIO, has been designated and selected by a majority of the production and maintenance employees of Chrysler Detroit Company and Chrysler Corporation, Detroit, Michigan, who work at Chrysler Detroit Company, including parts solicitors, service salesmen, clerical employees, telephone switchboard operators, pay- roll clerks, car-sales and inventory-control clerks, and timekeepers, but excluding supervisory employees, professional employees, new- and used-car salesmen, the paymaster, the budget analyst, employees in the wholesale department, private secretaries to executives and department heads, billing clerks, and watchmen, as their representa- tive for the purposes of collective bargaining, and that pursuant to Section 9 (a) of the Act, Local 212 International Union, United Automobile, Aircraft, and Agricultural Implement- Workers of America, affiliated with the CIO, is the exclusive representative of all such employees for the purposes of collective bargaining in respect to rates of pay, wages, hours of employment, and other conditions of employment.
