Upon the entire record in the case, the National Labor Relations
Board makes the following :
FINDINGS OF FACT
I.

A. O. Smith Corporation, a New York corporation, has its principal--
place of business at Milwaukee, Wisconsin, where it is engaged in the

The value of the materials used by the Employer during a
recent annual period approximated $25,000,000, 90 percent of which
was shipped to the Employer's Milwaukee operations from outside
the State of Wisconsin.
The Employer's sales during the same period
amounted to $45,000,000, 98 percent of which represented shipments
to points outside the State.
The Employer admits and we find that it is engaged in commerce
within the meaning of the National Labor Relations Act.
