Case No. R-3895- THIRD SUPPLEMENTAL-DECISION AND CERTIFICATION OF REPRESENTATIVES May 19, 1942 On September 18, 1941, the National Labor Relations Board, herein called the Board, issued a Decision and Direction of Elections in the above-entitled proceeding.' On November 7, 1941, the Board issued a Supplemental Decision and Certification of Representatives,' certifying United Textile Workers of America, Local 2564, as the exclusive representative of the production and maintenance em- ployees, and deferring a determination of the results of the election among the powerhouse employees until such time as a disposition was made of certain charges of unfair tabor practices. On April 23, 1942, the Board issued a Second Supplemental Decision and Di- rection,3 directing that the Regional Director open and count the ballots of 15 named powerhouse employees, investigate any remaining bvillots among such employees if such ballots would affect the results of the election, and prepare and serve on the parties a Supplemental Election Report with respect to his findings and recommendations as to the results of the balloting. On May 6, 1942, the Acting Regional Director issued and duly served on the parties his Supplemental Election Report. No objec- tions to the Supplemental Election Report have been filed by any of the parties.
