SUPPLEMENTAL DECISION
AND
ORDER
June 20, 1942
On, April 25, 1942, the National, Labor Relations Board issued a
Decision and Direction of Election,' and on May 23, 1942, an Amend-
ment to Decision and Direction of Election 2 in the above-entitled
proceeding.
Pursuant thereto, an election by secret ballot was con-
ducted on June 4, 1942, under the direction and supervision of the
Regional Director for the Thirteenth Region (Chicago, Illinois).
On June 6, 1942, the Regional Director, acting pursuant to Article
III, Section 9, of National Labor Relations Board Rules and Regu-
lations-Series 2, as amended, issued and duly served upon the parties
an Election Report.
No objections to the conduct of the ballot or
to the Election Report have been filed by any of the parties.
As to the balloting and its results, the Regional Director reported
as follows :

Company will therefore be dismissed.
ORDER
By virtue of Section 9 (c) of the National Labor Relations Act,

Labor Relations Board Rules and Regulations-Series 2, as amended.
IT is aERE'BY ORDERED that the petition for investigation and cer-
tification of representatives of employees of Verson Allsteel Press
Company, Chicago, Illinois, filed by United Brotherhood of Weldors,
Cutters and Helpers of America, Local 62, be, -and it hereby is,
dismissed.
