.On. July 11; 1942, the National Labor Relations Board, herein
called the. Board; issued a Decision and Direction of Election in the
above-entitled proceeding.'
Pursuant to the Direction of Election,
an election by secret ballot was conducted on July 17,.1942, under the
direction and supervision of the Acting Regional Director for the
Tenth Region (Atlanta, Georgia).
On July 20, 1942, the Acting
Regional Director, acting pursuant to Article III, Section 9, of Na-
tional Labor Relations Board Rules and Reg nations=Series 2, as
amended, issued an Election Report, copies of which were duly served
upon the parties.
No objections to the conduct of the ballot or to
the Election Report have been filed by any of the parties.
As to the balloting and the results thereof, the Acting Regional
Director reported as follows :

On August 3, 1942, the Company filed a petition setting forth that
the Board's Decision and Direction of Election issued on July 11,
1942,2 had incorrectly designated and described the name of the Com-
pany.
It moved therein that the Board amend said Decision and
Direction of Election in that: (1) whenever and wherever the Com-

paliy's name Iappears as "Chrysler 'Motor Parts Corporation;". it be
changed to read "Chrysler Motors Parts Corporation"; (2) when-
ever and wherever the words "Division of Chrysler Corporation"
appear, they be stricken; :(3) the designation of the Company as an
affiliate of Chrysler Corporation be changed to show that it is a. sub-
sidiary of Chrysler Corporation; and (4) footnote "1" in said Deci-
sion and Direction of Election be deleted.
The Union has consented
to the amendment as prayed-for by the Company in said petition.
The petition is hereby granted.

selected by a. majority of all employees in the two, plants of Chrysler
Motors Parts Corporation; located at East Point, Georgia, and at the
corner of Marietta Street and Jones Avenue; .Atlanta, Georgia, in-
eluding the unit packing department, but excluding supervisors, office
workers, and plant protection employees or watchmen, as their repre-
senltative.for the purposes of collective bargaining and thatit, pursuant
to the provisions of Section 9 (a), of the National Labor Relations
Act, United Automobile, Agricultural and Aircraft Workers of
America, C. I. O.,.is the exclusive representative of all such employees
for the purposes of collective bargaining, in respect to rates of pay,
wages, hours of employment; and other conditions of employment.
