SUPPLEMENTAL DECISION AND
ORDER
On January 28, 1981, the Acting Regional Direc-
tor for Region 19 issued a backpay specification
and notice of hearing in the above matter, notifying
Respondent that it had 15 days to file an answer to
the specification. On March 11, the specification
was amended. On June 2, the Acting Regional Di-
rector issued a certification of nonfiling of answer
and, on June 4, the General Counsel filed with the

not be granted.
