C-392 and ,R-193 ORDER PERMITTING WITHDRAWAL OF CHARGE AND DISMISSING COMPLAINT August 15, 1939 A charge, pursuant to Section 10 (b) of the Act, having been filed by Granite Cutters' International Association of America, Charlotte Branch, in Case No. C-392, the Board having consolidated Cases Nos. C-392 and R-493 for purposes of hearing, a complaint having been issued in Case No. C-392, a hearing in these cases having been duly held before a Trial Examiner duly designated; the Intermediate Report of the said Trial Examiner having been issued and served upon the parties, the Board having issued a Decision and Order in the above-entitled cases,' and, thereafter, Granite Cutters' Interna= tional Association of America having requested permission to with- draw its, charge in Case No. 0-392 and the Board having duly con- sidered the matter, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED, pursuant to Article II, Section 1, of National Labor Relations Board Rules and Regulations=Series 2, that the request of the Granite Cutters' International Association for. permis- sion to withdraw its charge in Case No. C-392 be, and it hereby is, granted; and - 1 - - IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the complaint in Case No. C-392 be, and it hereby is, dismissed. 1 11 N.
