Case No. R-1097 CERTIFICATION OF REPRESENTATIVES March 26, 1940 On February 16, 1940, the National Labor Relations Board issued a Second Amendment to and Supplemental Direction of Election in this proceeding., Pursuant to the Supplemental Direction of Elec- tion, an election by secret ballot was conducted on March 9, 1940, under the direction and supervision of the Regional Director for the Fourteenth Region (St. Louis, Missouri). R B., No. 102. 1067 1068 DECISIONS OF NATIONAL LABOR RELATIONS BOARD IT IS HEREBY CERTIFIED that Litchfield Radiator Workers Associa- tion has been designated and selected by a majority of the production and maintenance employees of American Radiator & Standard Sani- tary Corporation, at its plant at Litchfield, Illinois, including ship- ping-room employees, janitors, and charwomen, but excluding super- visory, office, and salaried employees, and watchmen who also have the status of deputy sheriffs, as their representative for the purposes of collective bargaining, and that, pursuant to Section 9 (a) of the Act, Litchfield Radiator Workers Association is the exclusive repre- sentative of all such employees for the purposes of collective bar- gaining with respect to rates of pay, wages, hours of employment, and other conditions of employment.
