sion and Direction of Election in the above-entitled proceeding.:

IT IS HEREBY CERTIFIED that Textile Workers Union No. 21999, affili-
ated with United Textile Workers of America, American Federation
of Labor, has been designated and selected by a majority of all hourly
paid,, non-supervisory employees of American Bemberg Corporation
and North American Rayon Corporation, Elizabethton, Tennessee,
excluding clerical and supervisory employees, but including head
spinners and including relief foremen whose supervisory duties con-
sume less than 50 per cent of their total working'hours, as their repre-
sentative for the purposes of collective bargaining, and that pursuant
to Section 9 (a) of the National Labor Relations Act, Textile Workers
Union No. 21999, affiliated with United Textile Workers of America,
American Federation of Labor, is the exclusive representative of all
such employees for the purposes of collective bargaining in respect
to rates of pay, wages, hours of employment, and other conditions of
employment.
