B., No. 112. 1096 INTERNATIONAL FURNITURE COMPANY 1097 IT IS HEREBY CERTIFIED that United Furniture Workers of America, Local 18-B, affiliated with the Congress of Industrial Organizations, has been designated and selected by a majority of all employees of International Furniture Company, Chicago, Illinois, in the mill and shipping room, carvers, finishers, cabinet makers, and laborers, ex- cluding clerical and supervisory employees, as their representative for the purposes of collective bargaining and that, pursuant to Section 9 (a) of the National Labor Relations Act, United Furniture Work- ers of America, Local 18-B, affiliated with the Congress of Indus- trial Organizations, is the exclusive representative for all such employees for the purposes of collective bargaining in respect to rates of pay, wages, hours of employment, and other conditions of -employment.
