B, No. 32. 148 CONSOLIDATED STEEL CORPORATION, LTD. 149 By virtue of and pursuant to the power vested in the National Labor Relations Board by Section 9 (c) of the National Labor Rela- tions Act, 49 Stat. 449, and pursuant to Article III, Sections 8 and 9, of National Labor Relations Board Rules and Regulations-Series 2, as amended, IT IS HEREBY CERTIFIED that Amalgamated Association of Iron, Steel and Tin Workers of North America, Lodge No. 2058, through the Steel Workers Organizing Committee, has been designated and selected by a majority of all employees of Consolidated Steel Corpo- iation, Ltd., at its Maywood plant (Los Angeles County, California), including shipping and yard clerks, but excluding clerical employees employed in the administration department, timekeepers, foremen, subforemen, strawbosses, and pushers in classifications-three and four on the Company's pay roll, truck drivers, gatemen, and designers, squad leaders, checkers and detailers in the engineering department, as their representative for the purposes of collective bargaining and that, pursuant to Section 9 (a) of the National Labor Relations Act, Amalgamated Association of Iron, Steel and Tin Workers of North America, Lodge No. 2058, through the Steel Workers Organizing Committee, is the exclusive representative of all such employees for the purposes of collective bargaining in respect to rates of pay, wages, hours of employment, and other conditions of employment.
