R B., No. 21. 120 HARVILL AIRCRAFT DIE CASTING CORPORATION 121 IT IS HEREBY CERTIFIED that International Union of United Auto- mobile Workers of America, Local' No. 683, affiliated with the Con- gress of Industrial Organizations, has been designated and selected by a majority of all non-supervisory employees of Harvill Aircraft Die Casting Corporation, Vernon, California, including dimensional and visual inspectors, but excluding employees classified by the Com- pany as office workers (including all persons performing clerical tasks wherever those tasks are performed), employees in the engi- neering department, welders, and truck drivers, as their representa- tive for the purposes of collective bargaining, and that, pursuant to Section 9 (a) of the Act, International Union of United Auto- mobile Workers of America, Local No. 683, affiliated with the Con- gress of Industrial Organizations, is the exclusive representative of all such employees for the purposes of collective bargaining in respect to rates of pay, wages, hours of employment, and other condi- tions of employment.
