On December 16, 1940, the National Labor Relations Board issued
its Decision and Direction of Election in the above -entitled pro-
ceeding.l
Pursuant to the Direction of Election , an election by
secret ballot was conducted on January 8, 1941, under the direction
and supervision of the Regional Director for the Tenth Region
(Atlanta, Georgia ).
On January 10, 1941, ' the Regional Director,
acting pursuant to Article III, Section 9, of National LaborRelations
Board Rules and Regulations-Series 2, as amended; issued and
duly served upon the parties his Election Report.

DECISIONS OF NATIONAL LABOR RELATIONS BOARD
It is hereby certified that Local 2250 of Steel Workers Organizing
Committee, affiliated with the Congress of Industrial Organizations,
has been designated and selected by a majority of all maintenance
and production 'employees of Connors Steel Company, Birmingham,
Alabama, exclusive of supervisory and' clerical employees, watchmen
and guards, as their representative for the purposes of collective
bargaining, and that pursuant to Section 9 (a) of the Act, Local
2250 of Steel Workers Organizing Committee, affiliated with the
Congress of Industrial Organizations, is the exclusive representative
of all such employees for the purposes of collective bargaining with
respect to rates of pay, wages, hours of employment, and other
conditions of employment.
