Case No. R-0155 CERTIFICATION OF REPRESENTATIVES March 12, 19./4.1 On December 9, 1940, the National Labor Relations Board, herein called the Board, issued a Decision and Direction of Election in the above-entitled proceeding.' On February 6, 1941, the Board issued a Supplemental Decision and Second Direction of Election.2 Pursuant to the Supplemental Decision and Second Direction of Election, an election by secret ballot was conducted on February 25, 1941, under the direction and supervision of the Regional Director for the Twenty- First Region (Los Angeles, California).
