CERTIFICATION OF REPRESENTATIVES

On March 29, 1941, the National Labor Relations Board, herein
called the Board, issued a Decision and Direction of Election' in
the above-entitled proceeding.'
Pursuant to the Direction of-Elec-
tion, an election by secret ballot was conducted on April 14, 1941,
under the direction and supervision of the Regional Director for the
Eighth Region (Cleveland, Ohic).
On April 15, 1941, the Regional
Director, acting pursuant to Article III, Section 9, of National
Labor Relations Board Rules ana Regulations-Series 2, as amended,
issued and duly served upon the parties an Election Report on the
ballot.
No objections to the conduct of the ballot or the Election
Report have been filed by any of the parties.
As to the balloting and its results, the Regional Director reported

IT IS HEREBY CERTIFIED that Urited Automobile Workers of Amer-
ica, Local No. 211, affiliated with the American Federation of
Labor, has been, designated and selected by a majority of all pro-
duction, toolmaking, and maintenance employees -at the Sandusky
plant of William Senn, Frank Senn, Ida Senn and Lelia Senn,
individually and as copartners, doing business as Brightman Nut
& Manufacturing Company, Sandusky, Ohio, excluding supervisory
and clerical employees, as their representative for the purposes of
collective bargaining, and that, pursuant to Section 9 (a) of the
Act, United Automobile Workers of America, Local No. 211, affil-
iated with the American Federation of Labor, is the exclusive repre-
sentative of all such employees for the purposes of collective
bargaining in respect to rates of pay, wages, hours of employment,
and other conditions of employment.
