IT Is HEREBY CERTIFIED that Amalgamated Meat Cutters and Butcher Workmen of North America, Local 172, has been designated and se- lected by- a majority of all production and maintenance employees of Swift & Company at its Springfield, Missouri; plant, excluding foremen, supervisory employees, office and clerical employees, and truck drivers who drive trucks more- than 50 per cent of the time, as their representative for the puposes of collective bargaining, and that,. pursuant to Section 9 (a) of the National Labor Relations Act, Amalgamated Meat Cutters and Butcher Workmen of North America, Local 172, is the exclusive representative of all such employees for the purposes of collective bargaining in respect, to rates of pay, wages, hours of employment, and other conditions of employment.
