Case No. R-2537 CERTIFICATION OF REPRESENTATIVES July 21, 1941 On June 6, 1941, the National Labor Relations Board issued its Decision and Direction of Election in the above-entitled proceeding.' Pursuant to the Direction of Election, an election by secret ballot was conducted on June 26, 1941, under the direction and supervision of the Regional Director for the Seventh Region (Detroit, Michigan). On June 30, 1941, the Regional Director, acting pursuant to Article III, Section 9, of National Labor Relations Board Rules and Regu- lations-Series 2, as amended, issued an Election Report,, copies of which were duly served upon the parties. No objections to the con- duct of the ballot or to the Election Report were filed by any of the parties. B., No. 123. 704 NINETEEN HUNDRED CORPORATION 705 IT IS HEREBY CERTIFIED that United Electrical, Radio & Machine Workers of America, affiliated with the Congress of Industrial Or- ganizations, has been selected by a majority of the production and maintenance employees, including inspectors, of Nineteen Hundred Corporation, St. Joseph, Michigan, excluding supervisory employees, foremen, assistant foremen, timekeepers, draftsmen, experimental em- ployees, watchmen, clerical and office employees, as their representative for the purposes of collective bargaining, and that, pursuant to the provisions of Section 9 (a) of the National Labor Relations Act, United Electrical, Radio & Machine Workers of America, affiliated with the Congress of Industrial Organizations, is the exclusive rep- resentative of all such employees for the purposes of collective bar- gaining with respect to rates of pay; wages, hours of employment, and other- conditions of employment.
