I. 0.), has been designated and selected by a majority of all the production and maintenance employees of Heller Brothers Company of Newcomerstown, Newcomers- town, Ohio, excluding executives, foremen, assistant foremen, watch- men, gatemen, engineers, firemen, timekeepers, and clerical employees, as their representative for the purposes of collective bar- gaining, and that, pursuant to the provisions of Section 9 (a) of the National Labor Relations Act, Steel Workers Organizing Com- mittee, Local, Union No. 2391, (C. I. 0.), is the exclusive represen- tative of all such employees for the purposes of collective bargaining in respect to rates of pay, wages, hours of employment, and other conditions of employment.
