Case No. R-0865 CERTIFICATION OF REPRESENTATIVES October 11, 1941 On September 5, 1941, the National Labor Relations Board, herein called the Board, issued a Decision and Direction of Election in this proceeding., Pursuant to the Direction of Election, an election by secret ballot was conducted on September 19, 1941 , under the direc- tion and supervision of the Regional Director for the Sixth Region (Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania ).- On September 29, 1941 , the Regional Director, acting -pursuant to Article III, Section 9, of National Labor Relations Board Rules and Regulations-Series 2, as amended, issued an Election Report, copies of which were duly served upon the parties. No objections to the conduct of the ballot or to the Election Report have been filed by either of the parties. Mary's, Pennsylvania, Tan- very, excluding clerical and supervisory employees , as their repre- sentative for the purposes of collective bargaining , and that, pur- suant to Section 9 (a) of the Act, Local 220, International Fur & Leather Workers Union, affiliated with the C . I. 0., is the exclusive representative of all such employees for the purposes of collective bargaining with respect to rates of pay, wages , hours of employment, and other conditions of employment.
