B., No. 21. 129 433118-42-vol. 36--10 130 DECISIONS OF NATIONAL LABOR RELATIONS BOARD IT IS HEREBY CERTIFIED that United Electrical, Radio & Machine Workers of America, Local 1140, affiliated with the Congress of Indus- trial Organizations, has been designated and selected by a majority of all production employees employed by Grant Storage Batteries Com- pany at its plant at 2600 North Second Street, Minneapolis , Minne- sota, exclusive of those . employed in a supervisory capacity, those who have the right to hire and discharge , office employees, salesmen, out- side truck drivers, and chemists, as their representative for the pur- poses of collective bargaining , and that, pursuant to Section 9 (a) of the Act, United Electrical , Radio & Machine ,Workers of America, Local 1140, affiliated with the Congress of Industrial Organizations, is the exclusive representative of all such employees for the purposes of collective bargaining in respect to rates of pay, wages , hours of em- ployment, and other conditions of employment.
