Case No. R-2932- CERTIFICATION OF REPRESENTATIVES October 30, 1941 On September 27, 1941, the National Labor Relations Board issued its Decision and Direction of Election in the above-entitled proceed- ing.) Pursuant to the Direction of Election, an election by secret ballot was conducted on October 10, 1941, under the direction and supervision of the Regional Director for the Eighth Region (Cleve- land, Ohio). On October 13, 1941, the Regional Director, acting pur- suant to Article III, Section 9, of National Labor Relations Board Rules and Regulations-Series 2, as amended, issued an Election Re- port, copies of which were duly served upon the parties. No objec- tions to the conduct of the ballot or to the Election Report were filed by any of the parties. B., No. 115. 543 544 DECISIONS OF NATIONAL LABOR RELATIONS BOARD IT IS HEREBY CERTIFIED that National Association of Die Casting Workers, affiliated with the Congress of Industrial Organizations, has been designated and selected by a majority of all inside or lift truck drivers, powerhouse and compressor employees, and construc- tion. workers of the Aluminum Company of America, Cleveland,, Ohio, excluding supervisory employees, as their representative for the pur- poses of collective bargaining, and that, pursuant to the provisions of Section 9 (a) of the National Labor Relations Act, National Associa- tion of Die Casting Workers, affiliated with the Congress of Industrial Organizations, is the exclusive representative of all such employees for the purposes of collective bargaining with respect to rates of pay, wages, hours of employment, and other conditions of employment.
