R-2889 to R-2892, inclusive CERTIFICATION OF REPRESENTATIVES December 6, 1941 On October 9, 1941, the National Labor Relations Board issued a Decision and Direction of Elections in the above-entitled proceed- ings.' Pursuant to the Direction of Elections, four separate elections by secret ballot were conducted on November 4, 5, and 6, 1941, under the direction and supervision of the Regional Director for the Fifth Region (Baltimore, Maryland). On November 8, 1941, the'Regional Director, acting pursuant to Article III, Section 9, of National Labor Relations Board Rules and Regulations-Series 2,, as amended, issued and duly served upon the parties an Election Report on each ballot.
