Case'No. R-3053 CERTIFICATION OF REPRESENTATIVES December 11, 1941 On October 30, 1941 , the National Labor Relations Board issued a Decision and Direction of Election in the above -entitled proceeding.' Pursuant to the Direction of Election , an election by secret ballot was conducted on November 17, 1941, under the direction and supervision of the Regional Director for the Thirteenth Region (Chicago, Illinois). On November 19, 1941, the Regional Director , acting pursuant to Article III, Section 9, of National Labor Relations Board Rules and Regulations-Series 2, as amended , issued an Election Report, copies of which were duly served upon the parties . No objections to the conduct of the ballot or to the Election Report have been filed by any of the parties. B., No. 81. 495 496 DECISIONS OF NATIONAL LABOR RELATIONS BOARD a majority of all stock, receiving, and shipping clerks, order pickers, checkers, packers, and full-time inside salesmen employed by Conti- nental Products, Inc., Chicago, Illinois, but excluding supervisory and clerical employees and truck drivers, as their representative for the purposes of, collective bargaining, and that, pursuant to the provision's of Section 9 (a) of the National Labor Relations Act, Warehouse & Distribution Workers Union, Local 2-8, affiliated with the Interna- tional Longshoremen's and Warehousemen's Union, C. I. 0., is the exclusive representative of all such employees for the purposes of collective bargaining with respect to rates of pay, wages, hours of employment, and other conditions of employment.
