In the Matter of THE WESTERN UNION TELEGRAPH COMPANY and TELE- GRAPH WORKERS FEDERAL LABOR UNION No. 22679, GALVESTON CHAPTER Case No. R-3107 CERTIFICATION OF REPRESENTATIVES December 16, 1941 On November 18, 1941, the National Labor Relations Board issued a Decision and Direction of Election in the above-entitled proceeding., Pursuant to the Direction of Election, an election by, secret ballot was conducted on November 22, 1941, under the direction and super- vision of the Regional Director for the Sixteenth Region (Fort Worth, Texas). On November 25, 1941, the Regional Director, acting pur- suant to. Article III, Section 9, of National Labor Relations Board Rules and Regulations-Series 2, as amended', issued and duly served upon the parties an Election Report on the ballot.
