Filson, as their representative for the purposes of col- lective bargaining, and- that, pursuant to Section 9' (a) ,of the Act, Brotherhood of Locomo''tive'Firemen & Enginemen„is the, exclusive representative of all such employees., for. the purposes of collective bargaining with respect to rates of pay,-wages, hours of employment, and other conditions of employment; and IT IS HEREBY FURTHER CERTIFIED that Brotheihood Of Railroad Trainmen has been designated and selected by a majority, of, all conductors and brakemen employed by Long-Bell',L= ranger Company, Kansas City, Missouri, on its railroad at its operations at Tennant and Modoc, Camp 1, California, including Jens Christensen, as their LONG-BELL LUMBER COMPANY 809 representative for the purposes of collective bargaining, and that, pursuant to Section 9 (a) of the Act, Brotherhood of Railroad Train- men is the exclusive representative of all such employees for the purposes of collective bargaining with respect to rates of pay, wages, hours of employment, .and other conditions of employment ; and IT IS HEREBY FURTHER CERTIFIED that Lumber and Sawmill Workers Union, Local 2913, affiliated with the American Federation of Labor, has been designated and selected by a majority of all production and maintenance employees of Long-Bell Lumber Company, Kansas City, Missouri, employed at its operations at Tennant and Modoc, Camp 1, California, excluding supervisory and clerical employees, and locomotive engineers, firemen, hostlers, hostler helpers, conduc- tors, and brakemen employed on the Company's railroad, as their representative for the purposes of collective bargaining, and that, pursuant to Section 9 (a) of the Act, Lumber and Sawmill Workers Union, Local 2913, affiliated with the American Federation of Labor, is the exclusive representative of all such employees for the purposes of collective bargaining with respect to rates of pay, wages, hours of employment, and other conditions of employment.
